Design and build
At Inside Out we will consult with you at length and develop a drawing and planning requirements required to create a balcony in your chosen room.
We will check all the requirements for planning permission on your behalf, and work closely with the building control dept.
Once you are happy we schedule work to minimise disruption. Our unique approach means there is little complicated and messy building work, which speeds up the process and maximises the effect having a beautiful balcony in a room.
Work takes about five days for our team of threeand can add value to your home, or if you're running a hotel this added feature will also bring extra revenue.
