The idea was simple, why not bring the experience many of us enjoy on holiday when we step out onto a balcony to our homes? You don't even have to have a home with a lot of space around it, as Inside Out uniquely takes the space from an existing room, which means planning permission is rarely required and most homes can enjoy a balcony, without extending their home.
The building regulations and planning authorities are a minefield of conditions that apply to the creation of a balcony. They are not a common conversion, but as we only create balcony's we can simply tip-toe through this minefield and surpass all the regulations expected.
